I believe that one individual does have the power to to change society. If that person is passionate about that topic then anything is possible. They might also encourage other people who feel the same way to get involved. One thing that they might do is boycott or also simply fight for what is right. For example rosa parks did a simple thing which was to not give up her seat to a white man and she was arrested. Now she's famous for her courageous idea.
