Agreement: feeling the same way about something or having a similar opinion.

Consensus: General agreement.

Deliberation: long and careful consideration or discussion. Talking with a group of people.

Negotiation:  a discussion set up or intended to produce a settlement or agreement. Sellers of something use this in order to sell something. Compromise

Decision: a conclusion or resolution reached after consideration.
